In an effort to help Christopher deal with some of his sensory issues, we bought him a sand box and a water table.

Allergy Update
We got Christopher's allergy test results. They didn't test for beef and peanuts, so for now we are going to hold off on giving those to him. However, we did find out that he is no longer allergic to tomatoes! Along with the disappearance of the tomato allergy, his egg allergy lessened. We will still be avoiding eggs along with the other 14 foods on Christopher's list, but hopefully he will be able to outgrow many of these.
We also found out more information about his seasonal and perennial allergies. Christopher is allergic to Juniper, Cottonwood, Pig weed, Perennial Rye grass, Burning Bush, cats, dogs, dust mites, and mold.
We have already taken a few measures to help reduce the allergens in our house and are taking more now. Christopher will be re-tested in a year. Until then we will still try our best to stay away from as many allergens as possible.

Tough Little Guy
Christopher hadn't been feeling well on Wednesday of last week. He was very clingy and just didn't seem like himself. Later that night he had a fever. We took him to the doctor on Thursday and it turned out that he had a double ear infection. He has been on antibiotics for a week now and is doing much better.

Allergy Update
Christopher went to see his allergist yesterday. He did really good all the way until he was poked 43 times. I felt soooo bad for him. We re-tested all the foods and added in the outdoor allergies as well. We now know that Christopher does have outdoor allergies. We also found out that he may no longer be allergic to tomato, beef, and peanuts. We have to wait for the results of his blood test to make sure. We are all crossing our fingers and hoping that he has outgrown these allergies because that would really open up his food options. As always we will keep you posted.
